YRF’s Shahrukh-Katrina starrer to have a title soon

One wonders why YRF’s new movie with SRK and Katrina doesn’t have a title. Is it a new marketing ploy? However it has also helped foster creativity of reporters. As, some of them have come up with an innovative names, like ‘London Ishq’.

This has lead to an official statement from YRF. It said, "Despite repeated confirmations that Yash Chopra's film still remains untitled, large sections of the media continue to call it ‘London Ishq’. This is completely baseless, inaccurate and detrimental to the film."

But Mumbai mirror has reported that the movie many have a title soon. It is going to be announced on Yash Chopra’s birthday on September 27th. He will turn 80 on that day. The legend also completes 50 years of filmmaking this year.

A source close to the movie said, “Yashji will be launching the theatrical and the title of his much-talked about film. His banner Yash Raj Films has also entered its fortieth year. His first film ‘Daag’ released in 1973. Although Yash Chopra does not believe in throwing parties and stuff, this time around they are planning to have a lavish party.”

The source further revealed, “After the current Ladakh schedule, the promo will be ready and Aditya Chopra is taking special care to make the film the biggest film of Yashji’s career. Although the name of the film has been finalized as 'Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum', Yashji, Aditya Chopra and SRK are still considering other names.”

The teaser trailer of the movie is really a treat to the eyes. Every frame of it mesmerizes you. Though, that too comes without a title. It just says ‘A Yash Chopra romance’.

SRK, Katrina and Anuskha play the lead role in the movie. From the photographs it can be understood that Shahrukh plays the role of an army officer. Anuskha’s role has also been revealed. She is a wildlife reporter for a London TV channel. However much is not known about Katrina’s role.

SRK is excited to be working with YRF once again. He has also been taking lessons from his co-actors. He said, “It has been a great pleasure, and an honor to work with both, Anuskha and Katrina. And I call it a learning experience because when you work with young actors, they come in with their own new lingo and have completely different ways of doing things or acting out scenes.”

The movie releases on Diwali, adding to the festive mood of the audiences.
