Watch: Zareen Khan's wild & sexy side in ‘Veerappan’ song ‘Khallas’

A new track titled ‘Khallas’ from Ram Gopal Varma’s upcoming biographical film ‘Veerappan’ has been unveiled. The song features Zareen Khan showcasing some wild moves.

The song is originally from the director’s 2002 film ‘Company’ which has been given a new twist by composers Sharib Sabri and Toshi Sabri and lyrics recreated by Manoj Yadav. While the original featuring a hot Ishsha Koppikar was sung by Asha Bhosle, Sapna Awasthi and Sudesh Bhosle, the new version has been sung by Jasmine Sandlas with the composer duo chipping in.

The song was launched on Zareen’s birthday on May 14, and the ‘Hate Story 3’ actress not only shook a leg and crooned the number, but also cut a cake at the grand event.

Zareen sizzles in the song’s video as she grooves to the peppy track in a forest with wild expressions.

The movie is based on the life of the sandalwood smuggler and bandit Veerappan and the events leading to his death. Sandeep Bharadwaj plays the title role, while Sachiin Joshi, Usha Jadhav and Lisa Ray play pivotal roles. Sachiin is also producing the film under the banner of Viiking Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

‘Veerappan’ is scheduled to release on May 27.
