Watch Trailer: Akshay Kumar back as action hero in ‘Boss’

Akshay Kumar is back in action with his upcoming movie ‘Boss’. Directed by Anthony D'Souza, the lead casts of the movie are Akshay Kumar, Ronit Roy, Mithun Chakraborty and Aditi Rao Hydari. The movie is produced by Cape of Good Films & Ashwin Varde Productions. The movie is a remake of Malayalam movie ‘Pokkiri Raja’. The movie will hit theaters on 16thOctober.

The first trailer of ‘Boss’ was released on 27th August. Khiladi Bhaiya returns to the silver screen in his favorite genre which is action comedy. Earlier Akshay acted in similar genre movies like ‘Rowdy Rathore’ and ‘Khiladi 786’.

In the trailer Akshay is playing the role of a savior. He stands against bad cop Ronit Roy and gets justice for poor people. Akshay Kumar calls himself ‘Boss’.

Like his previous movies, this one is also full of unimaginable action sequences like a man flying in sky after getting slapped from Khiladi Kumar. Lots of over the top action is going to entertain audience this October. Trucks tumbling and flying are common scenes.

Apart from this, Akshay is also back with his catchy and cheeky lines. In one scene, he is standing towards the right side of the frame and is having some loud show of power and wit with his enemy. So his enemy asks him to come and stand in the centre. To this he replied that since he was the boss, Boss is always right.

Akshay is an actor of great caliber. His movies like ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’ and ‘Hera Pheri’ were hit movies and he was applauded for his acting. Of late, he is appearing in mindless comedy and forced humor films. Hope, this movie shows some of his great acting.

Well, in this movie, Akshay’s looks are very much similar to his early 90’s looks. As his hair is back combed, his look reminds of his ‘Khiladi’ series looks. As far as his action sequences are concerned, he outshines everyone. His punches and kicks are worth watching.

Ronit Roy marks his presence in the trailer. He is a bad cop who finds ways and means to take revenge from Akshay. Even Mithun Chakraborty is seen in the trailer. He seems to be a week common man who has faith in almighty that he will send a ‘Boss’ to steal his pain and worries. He also believes that ‘Boss’ will take revenge from the ruthless cop.
