Judge Shahbaz Khan sentenced both Malik, Bashir, Mir Shakil along with TV host Shaista Wahidi a jail term of 26 years each and imposed a 1.3 million Pakistani rupees fine on the convicts. The court says the passport of the four convicts needs to be surrender and in case the convicts fail to pay the fine then their properties might be sold to recover the money.

The court also ordered the police to arrest the four convicts. The Judge added that the convict can appeal in the regional high court in Gilgit-Baltistan.

This is probably the fastest court trial because it started two months ago when I was in the US. I wasn't even present in the court when it gave the decision.
