Tubelight: Salman Khan shares new still with ‘beautiful lady’ Zhu Zhu

Salman Khan is gearing up for his big Eid release ‘Tubelight’, and has been sharing stills of the movie on his Twitter handle, besides promoting the movie at various other platforms. The superstar today shared another lovely still of him with Chinese actress Zhu Zhu.

The still has Salman’s character smiling as he shakes hands with Zhu Zhu, who seems unable to contain her laughter. While Salman is dressed in trousers and checked shirt with a red half-sweater, Zhu Zhu looks pretty in a pink printed dress and a cardigan. Both are sitting on the wooden porch of a house. The still is from a song titled ‘Main Agar’.

“Zhu Zhu, what a beautiful Lady!! #Tubelight #MainAgar @kabirkhankk @amarbutala @TubelightKiEid @sonymusicindia,” Salman captioned the image.

Yesterday, Salman shared a still of him with his brother Sohail Khan in which both of them are seen holding ice-cream cones. The real-life siblings also play reel brothers Laxman and Bharat Bhist in the movie. A day before, the ‘Sultan’ actor posted a still wherein he is seen riding a cycle with child actor Matin Rey Tangu.

Salman shared a good rapport with all his co-stars during the shooting of the movie. Reportedly, he helped Zhu Zhu with her Hindi dialogues to get the accent right.

‘Tubelight’ marks the third collaboration of Salman with director Kabir Khan after their blockbusters ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. Earlier talking about Salman’s performance, the filmmaker had said that his act in the movie is five times better than ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.

The movie is set in the backdrop of Indo-Sino War of 1962 and tells an emotional story of a man with special needs and his special bond with his brother. Speaking about his performance, Salman had said in an interview, “The film was an emotional journey and I felt emotionally drained after shooting some of the scenes that narrate that my brother is no more.”

‘Tubelight’ is slated to hit screens on June 23.
