Trailer: Ayushmann Khurrana as unsung scientist in ‘Hawaizaada’


The trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming film ‘Hawaizaada’ is out and the movie seems to be interesting and unique. The trailer generates interest. The film is based on the life of scientist Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, who is credited to have constructed and flown India’s first airplane.

At the trailer launch, the ‘Vicky Donor’ actor said, “There was no plan for this film. It just came to me after ‘Vicky Donor’. And it’s a very important and unique film.”

Speaking about his upcoming projects, Khurrana said, “I have just complete ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’. I'm playing UP wala boy who stays in Haridwar. It’s also an important film.”

In ‘Hawaizaade’, Ayushmann will be speaking Marathi. Talking about that, he said, “Marathi I can understand yaar. Main Mumbai main raha hu (I have stayed in Mumbai)...so it has helped me a lot in this film.”

The movie is set in the Mumbai of 1895 and Ayushmann says that he loves history, adding, “10th standard main 90 marks aaye the (I got 90 marks in 10th standard).”

‘Hawaizaada’ also star Pallavi Sharda and Mithun Chakraborty and is set to release on January 30, 2015.
