Top reasons to watch Ayushmann's ‘Hawaizaada’

The first thing that pops into mind on hearing the title ‘Hawaizaada’ is definitely not science and invention. Though it sounds like a typical Hindi movie, this upcoming film is one of a kind. The poster features a nerd avatar of Ayushmann Khurrana against the background of an age old aeroplane. Here are top reasons to watch this movie that hits the silver screens on 30th January:

A real life story: The movie is the biography of an Indian scientist Shivakar Bapuji Talpade. The world knows Wright brothers as the inventors of the very first aeroplane. But the truth is that Talpade was the one who envisioned that humans could literally fly, thanks to science. He invented the first aeroplane in the 19th century. This took place even before the Wright brothers achieved credit for their outstanding innovation. ‘Hawaizaada’ tells the story of the hardships that Talpade had to undergo.

The eminent personality: Filmmakers have made an excellent choice of selecting Shivakar Bapuji Talpade for the biopic. The movie would be touching as it would depict the struggle of this scientist and how he stood his ground against all odds. It clearly shows how much fighting spirit the Indians possess and to what great lengths they can go to realize their dreams.

Ayushmann in the lead role: The handsome actor won the hearts of millions in the start of his career. His dashing style and stunning looks were loved in ‘Vicky Donor’ and the movies that followed. But ‘Hawaizaada’ features him in a totally different avatar. He keeps the audiences’ eyes glued to the screen just with the trailer- imagine what magic he is going to create with the full movie!

Old is gold: Another interesting aspect of ‘Hawaizaada’ is that it will give us a peek into how Bombay looked in the older days. The audience will get to see the lovely architectures of 1895. The movie tells the story of the days when India was being ruled by East India Company. Besides the street life of those olden times, the movie is a mix of the dark and the bright. It features ancient fashion, the culture of those times and also the struggle and hardships faced by the dreamers.

Mithun Chakraborty: He will don the role of a man called Shashtri. Already having Ayushmann Khurrana on board, the presence of Mithun is going to be the icing on the cake. It is definitely worth seeing how two great actors share the screen space.
