‘Toliet-Ek Prem Katha’ leaked online, Akshay Kumar reacts

Time and again Bollywood faces the hit of piracy. This time again Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Toilet-Ek Prem Katha’ got leaked online.

The ‘Rustom’ star asked fans to fight against piracy in his Twitter post, “The fight against piracy is critical and it’s reassuring to see the swift action taken by the Crime Branch on the unfortunate incident involving our film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. I would like to urge my friends, colleagues, fans and audiences to please say no to piracy. Thank you all for your support.”

It was choreographer-director Remo D'Souza who brought the leak of ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ to the notice of the makers. Talking to The Indian Express, he met someone who said he had the entire film on his pen drive. After confirming the fact, he immediately informs the producer of the film.

Bollywood actors such as Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh have shown their support in the matter.

‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ featuring Akshay and Bhumi Pednekar revolves around the issue of open defecation is set against the backdrop of Prime MinisterNarendra Modi's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan The film is set to hit the theatres on August 11.
