The Ring: Shahrukh Khan, Anushka shoot in Amsterdam
Imtiaz Ali’s new film ‘The Ring’ starring Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma went on floor and after the Prague schedule, the team went to Amsterdam. The actors are having a gala time in the European country and constantly sharing beautiful pictures on the Instagram accounts.
SRK updated his Instagram account with a selfie with the 'The Night Watch' by noted 17th century Baroque artist Rembrandt. He captioned it, "Surrounded by Masters keeping a Nightwatch. Rembrandt & others at the most stunning Rijks Museum."
Anushka also shared a picture from the same place with Imtiaz and her silhouette against the stunning background of a master art. She captioned it as, "A discussion with Imtiaz on set before a scene . Couldn't have imagined a more beautiful backdrop - #NightWatch #Rembrandt #Amsterdam #TheRing"
In ‘The Ring’, Anushka reportedly plays a Gujarati tourist with Shahrukh Khan playing a Punjabi guide. On looking at their characters, we can conclude that ‘The Ring’ would take the audience to the various exotic locations. It would be really an eye-catching movie.
Not much has been revealed about the plot of the story, King Khan on his Twitter account hinted, “Revealed Imtiaz Ali story “That u become such an unquestionable part of me, that I can’t find the beginning of ur heart and the end of mine.”
It is going to be a laugh riot and King Khan will enact the role of a turbaned Sikh tourist. The film revolves around Shahrukh as how he interacts with the locals and returns to his home country in a very dramatic way. The untitled film will be shot in London and Punjab. This is going to be Anushka and Shahrukh’s third collaboration after ‘Rab De Bana Di Jodi’ and ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’.
‘The Ring’ is slated for release in 2017.
