Tanu Weds Manu Returns: Watch 440 volt Kangana in ‘Banno’ song

Kangana Ranaut fans are eagerly waiting for the sequel to ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ and the double role of Kangana has only made the waiting harder! The filmmakers recently released the track ‘Banno’ from the upcoming film. ‘Tanu Weds Manu 2’ tweeted – “It's time to turn up the swag because the music video of the addictive, #Banno, is finally here! RT if love it! ;)” Along with it, they posted a link to Erosnow where people can enjoy the full video song of ‘Banno’.

The video shows a sporty avatar of Kangana. The actress appears as an athlete – one of the double roles she is playing in ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’. With bob cut, the filmmakers have chosen the perfect make over for Kangana and the hairstyle absolutely suits her. Yet another form of Kangana appears in the song and this one has curly hair. And this second one too, is equally bindass with goggles and an air of confidence. On moment, the bob cut Kangana wears track suit and the other moment she dances wildly wearing salwar. But no matter whichever form- ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ team has featured Kangana in an utmost gorgeous form. ‘Banno’ has been very well composed and it is bound to become one of the ‘shaadi’ songs for a long time! The track ends with “Sometimes to find true love..you need a part 2”.

The second role of Kangana is Datto - a Haryanvi athlete and the filmmakers are using a body double. Kangana had confirmed earlier, “Yes, it’s true. Tanu and Haryanvi athlete have several scenes together.” The sequel would feature Jimmy Shergil as well. The actor has revealed quite a lot about this project and his role as well. “The director has smartly woven the plot into a completely different situation. Barring a couple of new characters, which have been introduced in the sequel, everything has started from where the first part ended. Some characters have matured while others have retained their original vibe. I am returning as Tanu’s ex-fiance Raja Awasthi. The character has matured and toned down by 5-6 years. He doesn’t have to try to be convincing this time. Just one look at him suffices.”

The one to do the most challenging role is undoubtedly Kangana. The actress says, “It was very tough, especially since the character has a Haryanvi accent. I had to make the character convincing not only through my body language but also accent. It was very challenging for me.”
