Sushmita Sen shares an old inspiring letter written to her daughter
Actress Sushmita Sen is a doting mother and she sure knows how to motivate her kids and make them feel special. The former Miss Universe who debuted on Instagram last month, has shared an old letter written by her to her elder daughter Renee on the photo sharing site.
Sushmita had written this letter three years ago in 2013 when Renee began her journey in a boarding school. The ‘Main Hoon Na’ actress is an amazing writer and has put down words of wisdom for her daughter.
The actress who says she was stretched for space to pen her feelings, posted the latter at her daughter’s insistence, who is not on social media.
“We #mothers can really run out of #pages when #writing to our #children this card was given to #renée as she began her journey in a #boardingschool #2013 she says..either allow me to join #instagram or post it on yours #sharing #loveletter #daughterschoice,” Sushmita captioned the image.
The letter is an inspiring read in which Sushmita tells Renee, “Arm yourself with Knowledge…it will be your great strength one day!
“Remember your dreams…do one thing everyday that scares you! Never give up. Have faith in your abilities and God’s grace. Be aware of courage and you will find it,” she writes.
Expressing her love, she wrote, “Your baby sister and I love you beyond loving and want nothing more than to see you happy. I thank God everyday that He made me “your” mother.”
Sushmita concluded the letter with the message, “I am soooo proud of you! It’s time to let the world know just how amazing you are.”
Sushmita is unmarried and a single mom of two beautiful adopted daughters – Renee and Alisha.
