Suniel Shetty's fatherly advice to daughter Athiya Shetty

Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty is making Hero Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s production ‘Hero’, which is a remake of Subhash Ghai’s blockbuster of the same. The film has been helmed by Nikhil Advani. As Athiya is entering into a new territory, Suniel Shetty shares his piece of advice for his daughter.

At an exhibition event, when Suniel was asked what advice did he gave to his daughter. To that he replied, “I don’t think I can suggest anything to anyone. They are from the young generation and are very well aware”. He added, “I just said don’t (be) afraid from the Friday. If you would lose on first Friday, then work hard and go for your next. I believe producers suffer a lot, so when it comes to your producer, make sure that you feel for him (his plight) and work with your heart”. The film is a Salman Khan production.

Talking of the film’s response, he said, “The first look of ‘Hero’ was received very well with a lot of love, lot of affection, especially from the media. So far, the response is damn good”.

Slated to hit the theatres in September 11, ‘Hero’ marks the debut venture of two newcomers, Athiya Shetty and Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj Pancholi. During the trailer launch event, Sooraj got emotional and broke down.

When asked what made Pancholi emotional, he said, “This (film) is a dream launch. I don’t think I could’ve gotten better than this. I see a lot of people here who want to be actors. People who are much more talented than me, much more good looking than me and have a better body than me. But they don’t make it (become actors) here, and I have made it here. It’s a big thing for me.”

Sharing a lighter moment, while introducing Sooraj and Athiya, Salman said, "This is our heroine (pointing to Sooraj) and this is our hero (pointing to Athiya)," Salman said jokingly.
