Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn will not clash now

Recently, the producers of Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Raees’ pushed the movie’s release date to January 26, 2017 so as not to clash with Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’ on Eid this July. But, next year too ‘Raees’ was locking horns with two biggies – Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’ and Ajay Devgn’s ‘Baadshaho’.

However, the clash between the Bollywood Baadshah and ‘Badshaho’ may not happen at all. While ‘Kaabil’ will be ready to release as per schedule, Ajay’s project might not be complete by January.

Ajay is currently busy shooting his directorial ‘Shivaay’ which will wrap up by June. He will begin shooting ‘Baadshaho’ in July end-early August, while his untitled project with Remo D’Souza co-starring Sooraj Pancholi will go on floors in September.

The ‘Singham’ actor will be juggling between the two films and it is highly improbable that ‘Baadshaho’ will be ready in time for a January release. That is why the makers of the film have decided to shift the release date, a leading publication stated quoting a source.

‘Baadshaho’ will now hit screens on March 10, 2017 and is likely to clash with Karan Johar’s recently announced sequel film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’ starring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan.

Meanwhile, with ‘Kaabil’ producer Rakesh Roshan in no mood to shift the release, Shah Rukh will now take on Hrithik early next year.
