Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor auditions for Remo's 'Dance Plus'

Even as Sridevi’s elder daughter Jhanvi Kapoor is making headlines for her impending debut or being spotted about in town, the younger star kid Khushi has been stealthily trying to gain an entry to the small screen through a reality show.

Apart from attending a few parties with her parents, the 17-year-old Khushi mostly keeps away from the arch lights. Reportedly, Kushi has auditioned for dance reality show ‘Dance Plus 3’, without getting recognised. She has also made it to the top 35.

The dace talent show aired on Star Plus is judged by Bollywood choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza, and it was only when Khushi performed before Remo that people came to realise that she is Sridevi’s daughter.

It is said that Khushi wanted to clear the auditions through her skills and not by the influence that her mother Sridevi holds. It is still not known whether Khushi has made it to the show as Remo hasn’t yet reviewed her performance. But if she does get selected, then the audience will soon get to see her dancing skills on television.

“Nobody on the sets of the show recognized Khushi (as Sridevi’s daughter) until she performed before Remo. Remo has not given his verdict on Khushi’s dance piece and it is not certain if she’ll debut on the small screen yet,” The Indian Express quoted a source as saying.

Meanwhile, her sister Jhanvi was recently spotted with Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar and their pictures were viral. The duo was reportedly attending the screening of Hollywood flick ‘Baby Driver’. Both of them ad also attended the special screening of Priyanka Chopra’s Hollywood debut ‘Baywatch’ together.

Reports are rife that Jhanvi will be making her debuting opposite Ishaan with the Hindi remake of Marathi blockbuster ‘Sairat’ to be produced by Karan Johar and directed by Shashank Khaitan.
