Sridevi, Kalki, Alia dazzle at Colors IAA Leadership Awards


Colors IAA Leadership Awards held on 18th April was a star studded night with Bollywood beauties in their best ever forms. Sridevi, Kalki, Alia Bhatt, Sharddha Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit dazzled as they walked the carpet. The older she gets, the prettier she looks – this is absolutely true for Sridevi! The superstar was seen in a white outfit designed by Anamika Khanna. Her hair was neatly tied in a high bun.

Madhuri lighted up the ambience with her adorable smile. The actress kept it simple with a light orange suit, but no doubt looked breath taking. Kalki chose western and was seen in a Jade gown that hugged her slender figure perfectly. Alia Bhatt decided to keep up her girl-next-door image and was seen in a funky short dress. She was dressed in a strapless multicolored dress and went for casual looks with absolutely no jewellery. She sported a smart yellow clutch too that read “Happy”.

Dia Mirza appeared in a green sleeveless dress by Harpreet Narula. Malaika Arora Khan steals the show every time and this occasion was no exception. The lady set the carpet ablaze in a black shimmery Ports 1961 full-length gown. Farah Khan chose ethnic garb with white salwar and a dark kurta with silver work. Shraddha Kapoor was another one to be dressed in plain outfit. She donned Philipp Plein separates in purple and white. Shraddha was honored with Brand Visionary of the Year in female category. The actress was seen thanking her family and her friends who believed in her before her hit ‘Aashiqui 2’ was released.

While Brand Visionary of the Year male was awarded to Hrithik Roshan. He was seen on the stage with his two sons Hridhaan and Hrehaan. The actor was elated upon winning the award and later tweeted “Proud 2 rec d award frm @jayantsinha RT @hrxbrand: Brand Visionary Of The Year Male At #IAAAwards For #HRX” The tweet was accompanied by a photo of Hrithik receiving the award along with his sons. He later tweeted “My inspiration and I. All dressed up for the#iaaawards last nite. Fun n fearless. #HRX”. With this tweet he posted as image of of himself and his sons – all three in identical suits! The actor talked about HRX – which is his brand for casual clothing. He announced his plans for funding four para-athletes who want to participate in Paralympics to be held next year in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
