Sonakshi Sinha reveals her journo look from ‘Noor’ as pre-birthday gift

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, who has returned from her vacation in Miami and New York, has announced another of her upcoming project titled ‘Noor’. She will be seen in the role of a journalist named Noor Roy Chaudhary in the film.

‘Noor’ is based on Pakistani writer Saba Imtiaz's 2014 novel, ‘Karachi, You're Killing Me’. The film will go on floors next month and will directed by Sunhil Sippy. It will be shot in a single schedule in Mumbai and is expected to be wrapped up by August. The film will be co-produced by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series and Vikram Malhotra of Abundantia Entertainment.

The ‘Dabangg’ actress’ two looks from the film has been released. While one is a traditional look in a blue cotton outfit, the second look is more western and cool in which she is seen sporting a cap and glasses. Sonakshi looks gorgeous in both the looks.

The actress who celebrates her 29th birthday on Thrusday, June 2, took to twitter and provided a link to a news article revealing her look in the film and details about it, as a ‘pre-birthday surprise.

“Heres a lil pre-birthday surprise  #IAmNoor @Abundantia_Ent @TSeries The bigger surprise comes tomo #LifeIsBeautiful,” Sonakshi tweeted.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh and shared the looks of the actress on the micro-blogging site by posting, “First look of Sonakshi Sinha [as a journalist] in #Noor, produced by TSeries & Abundantia Ent. Sunhil Sippy directs.”

Priya Gupta of T-Series also tweeted Sonakshi’s traditional avatar as the journalist and wrote, “#Noor based on the book 'Karachi you're killing me' is set in Mumbai. Shoot begins July 2016. Release 2017.”

Meanwhile, Sonakshi has her hands full with several projects. She is currently busy her upcoming films, ‘Akira’ and ‘Force 2’, which are slated to hit screens this year. She has also given her nod to Abhay Chopra’s remake of 'Ittefaq' opposite Sidharth Mahotra and Vipul Shah’s 'Namastey England' opposite Akshay Kumar.
