Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu living together like a married couple
Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu was dating for quite a long time and has been going strong since then. They have taken a bold step of living together and according to Soha living together is equivalent to being married. Soha feels that commitment is more important than just finishing the formality in paper.
Veteran actress and mother of Soha, Sharmila Tagore wanted her three children to settle down soon in lives but her daughter’s view on marriage is something different.
"We have taken a big step together where we are living
together, which is equivalent to being married. For me, that's the biggest
step," Soha told.
"She is a mother and she wants her child to be settled. But for me, moving
together was the biggest step. Now whether we get married or when we get
married is not on my mind right now," the 34-year-old, actress said.
"For me, this is the biggest commitment and we have
made this commitment to make things work. The formality is just associated with
signing paper, but the value and commitment is more important to me," she
added.
Today
Kunal Khemu and Soha Ali Khan is in a happier space and enjoying their personal
and professional life. Now that they are living together, we asked Kunal
whether they fight like any other couple, he said, "We both
fight a lot. We both are culprits! Both of us like to talk and debate a lot.
All I can say is we are in good place today,” Kunal said in an interview.
“Nobody dominates in our relation. I don`t think any relation can work if one
dominates. It has to be an equal relation for it to be successful and happy,”
he said.
The couple is living together and is always vocal about their relationship. “We are in a very good place. I am really happy where I am. It is going great. We both respect each other as people and professionals,” Kunal said.
Kunal will be next seen in ‘Go Goa Gone’ produced by Saif’s
production house. When he was asked why it took so long for both him and Saif
to work together. “It is a professional thing. It does not mean that if I am in a
relation with Soha it automatically makes it mandatory for me to do a film with
them. Even Soha has not done a film with Illuminati. It is not planned, it just
happened.”
