Salman Khan takes an auto rickshaw ride to home after seeing off Katrina

In a rare sighting, Salman Khan was spotted enjoying an auto rickshaw ride back home on Tuesday night. The ‘Sultan’ actor looked handsome in a black tee and brown trousers. The superstar seems to have ditched his SUV and opted for a breezy ride on a public transport.

Salman was returning from Mehboob Studios and was accompanied by Ramesh Taurani.

The actor is gearing up for the release of his film ‘Tubelight’ and is also simultaneously working for his next ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ opposite ex-flame-turned-good-friend Katrina Kaif. The ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ actress was also with Salman at Mehboob Studios.

Before hopping on the auto rickshaw, Salman walked Katrina up to her car and saw her off as the actress left in her swanky sedan. ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is the sequel of their 2012 blockbuster ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ directed by Kabir Khan. ‘Sultan’ maker Ali Abbas Zafar is directing ‘TZH’ which is scheduled for a release this Christmas.

The last time Salman was seen riding an auto rickshaw was in December 2015 after celebrating his brother Sohail Khan’s birthday. At that time, he was accompanied by actor Nikhil Dwivedi.

Meanwhile, the 51-year-old is busy promoting ‘Tubelight’ on various reality shows. The movie is set in the backdrop of Indo-Sino War of 1962 and tells an emotional story of a man with special needs and his special bond with his brother. It stars Salman’s brother Sohail Khan as his reel-brother as well, besides late actor Om Puri, Chinese actress Zhu Zhu, child artiste Matin Rey Tangu and Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo.

Directed by Kabir Khan, ‘Tubelight’ hits the big screens on June 23.
