Shraddha Kapoor visits Saina Nehwal’s house, enjoys puri choley


Shraddha Kapoor is essaying the titular role in Saina Nehwal’s biopic and she visited Saina’s house in Hyderabad to know about her personally as well as professionally. To enact the role with perfection, Shraddha is undergoing training under the guidance of ace shuttler Nehwal and her coach Pullela Gopichand. 

Shraddha visited Saina’s house and is being treated with home cooked food by Saina’s mother. Saina’s mother prepared puri choley and sweet dish halwa for the actress and both Sharddha and Saina ate the dishes with relish.

Sharing picture, the Olympic medallist wrote, ''had some great lunch... my fav #puri choley with halwa''. In the second photograph, both the celebrities can be seen in deep talk, ''Serious discussion,'' Nehwal wrote as caption.

The badminton player also shared a clip of Shraddha playing with pet dog.

The ‘Half Girlfriend’ actress shared the picture of her with Saina Nehwal enjoying the food, Shraddha wrote#''Today at @nehwalsaina 's home. Being pampered by aunty. She made delicious poori,choley,kheer,halwa & a fruit/milk juice,'' the Aashiqui 2 star wrote.

The 30-year-old actress also posted a picture in which the badminton player's father is showing her Olympic medal won by Nehwal. ''Uncle proudly showed me her medals and wins. Here I'm holding her Olympic medal,'' she captioned the image.

The biopic on the badminton champion titled ''Saina'' will be helmed by Amol Gupte. 

 It seems the two girls have started bonding well after meeting each other frequently. Shraddha shared another photograph on her social media page in which Nehwal's mother is serving her delicacies.  On the work front, Shraddha gears up for the release of ‘Haseena Parkar’ in which she is playing the role of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena. The film is slated to hit theaters on September 22.
