Shraddha Kapoor meets with an accident, injured

We have seen the first look of ‘Ek Villain’ in which Shraddha Kapoor rode a bike and the male lead, Siddharth Malhotra on her back seat. While shooting for Ekta Kapoor's 'Ek Villain' in Film City, Shraddha lost her control and hurt herself.

Though the ‘Aashiqui’ actress took lesson on driving, she is not prepared enough for the role and failed to control the heavy weight machine. The incident took place when her co-star Siddharth Malhotra races her on a bullet. She lost her control when she tried to speed up and ended up sprawling on the road.

An eye-witness revealed, "It was an important scene. Shraddha started off confidently, but the scene involved her overtaking Sidharth's bike. She accelerated a bit too much, skidding instantly." "She fell off and everybody panicked. She was shaken and had also bruised her knees and elbows," the source added.

Fortunately, the actress was wearing a helmet at the time and so any serious injury was avoided. Medical aid was provided to the actress immediately.

"The shoot was stalled for an hour. After she regained her composure, and the scene was finally canned by director Mohit Suri."

The trailer of 'Ek Villain' was released recently and it was hugely liked by the audience. It crossed 1 million views in just few days on YouTube.

When contacted, Shraddha's spokesperson confirmed the news.
