Shootout at Mumbai Filmcity, I injured, Tweets Big B


A businessman was reportedly shot at in Mumbai's Film City, a large Bollywood studio. The man who was shot was identified as Raju Shinde, 45, owner of a security agency in Mumbai. He was rushed to the hospital. He was shot by bike riders. The assailants are not yet identified.

The bikers fired three rounds at Film City, Goregaon Gate no. 2 near Adlabs. Policeman chased the bikers but they managed to flee.

Big B who was shooting 20 feet away from the incident spot tweeted about the incident.

"Okay!! Shooting at Film City...and a gang war shootout 20 feet from where we are... !! 1 dead... cops all over," the 72-year-old tweeted on Friday afternoon.

The injured owns a security company in Mumbai. The megastar again rectified his statement saying, Correction : in gang shoot out where I was shooting in Film City person shot at is NOT dead . He has been taken to hospital."

Bollywood actor Alok Nath also tweeted about the shootout #Actual, real shooting at filmcity next to our set. One man critically injured rushed to hospital

The Filmcity is a large film studio in which includes multiple locations for film shoot and TV shows.
