Shoaib Akhtar removes Shah Rukh's video kissing him

Bollywood and cricket have always shared mutual love for each other, so when Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar recently debuted on Twitter, superstar Shah Rukh Khan welcomed him with kisses.

Announcing his arrival on the micro-blogging site, Shoaib, in one of his first posts, shared a video of Shah Rukh planting a kiss on his cheek. The 20-second clip has Shoaib and Shah Rukh promising to routinely tweet each other. The Rawalpindi Express asks King Khan to "do the famous thing he does" and the actor gives a peck on his cheek.

Shoaib uploaded the video on his newly made Twitter account on Sunday with the caption, “Love SRK.” The ‘bromance’ video immediately went viral on the Internet.

However, it now appears that the cricketer has removed the video as the link is leading to an error page and there is no trace of the video in Shoaib’s Twitter handle. Wonder why he had to delete the video!

Shah Rukh and Shoaib share a great bond. Shoaib had also played for Shah Rukh’s IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders in 2008 and was one of the six Pakistani players whose contracts were terminated after the Mumbai terror attacks that year.

The relationship between the two reportedly soured when the controversial cricketer alleged that the owners of Kolkata Knight Riders franchise had not paid him his dues, despite repeated reminders for two years. However, the issue seems to have been resolved.
