Shilpa Shetty turns highest paid female anchor

Long legged actress Shilpa Shetty might not be named among the topmost actresses of Bollywood but still due to her extracurricular activities, she finds space in media. Bigg Boss-season 2 is around the corner and on looking at the fame that she has accumulated in UK reality show Big Brother, the organizers have roped in Shilpa Shetty as the host. With this, Shilpa turns anchor and at the same time by acquiring price money of Rs 10 crores, she has bagged the title of highest paid anchor, pushing behind the entire female anchors.

The second season of Bigg Boss is making lots of news for expulsion of outrageous Sherlyn Chopra and inclusion of British actor Jade Goody who passed racism comments against Shilpa when she was her housemate. Shilpa will appear only at the elimination round and interact with the contestant through video. She has replaced actor Arshad Warsi who was the host of the first season of Big Boss. The Big Brother winning title has bagged Shilpa to play the role of a host.
