She’s become the national vamp: Anupam Kher slams Rekha
Rekha’s autogiography ‘The untold Story’ by Yasser Usman has unveiled many hidden facts about Rekha’s life. After the death of her husband Mukesh Agarwal, Rekha was seen in a very bad eyes in Bollywood. She was blamed for her husband’s suicide.
Rekha was considered as a black spot in the Indian film industry. She as accused of driving her husband Mukesh Agarwal to death. The only friend that stood by Rekha in her bad phase was actor Shashi Kapoor.
Noted filmmaker Subhash Ghai had reportedly slammed Rekha, he said, "Rekha has put such a blot on the face of the film industry… No conscientious director will work with her ever again.”
Anupam Kher also did not leave any stone unturned to blacklash Rekha, he said, “She’s become the national vamp. Professionally and personally, I think its curtains for her. I mean I don’t know how will I react to her if I come face to face with her.”
Rekha: The Untold Story, written by Yasser Usman is doing all round the net and it unfolds many untold and unheard stories from Rekha’ s mysterious life. The autobiography throws light on Rekha’s controversial life. Rekha was very much talked about for her personal life, her equation with Amitabh Bachchan and her controversial sindoor that adorned her forehead till date.
The autobiography also unveiled the incident how Rekha was forced to smooch at a age of 15 to how she faced the hatred of Bollywood after her husband Mukesh Agarwal committed suicide. Rekha was suspiciously looked up by Bollywood after the incident.
