Shahrukh Khan is a doting father to Aryan, Suhana, AbRam

Shahrukh Khan was recently declared the second richest actor in the whole world. But looks like in addition to business matters, SRK is good in other things as well. Shahrukh Khan once again proved his popularity among the masses by topping a poll to become 'India's Most Popular Father'. Shahrukh, a proud father of two sons and a daughter, is known to dote on his children. The children often accompany him to events like the IPL because he wants to share special moments with his loved ones. SRK and his daughter Suhana also came first in the 'India's Most Admired Father-Daughter Relationship.'

With Father’s Day coming up on 16th of June,, India’s biggest matrimonial site had organized a special poll, asking Indian women about who they think is the best father.  SRK topped the poll with 42.5 percent of votes. The second position was captured by cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar with 36.9 percent of votes. Megastar Amitabh Bachchan was in the third slot with 20.6 percent of votes. The women were also asked about 'Most Admired Dad' among international personalities. In that segment US President Barack Obama was chosen by 40.3 percent. He was followed by Hollywood star Will Smith who got 31.4 percent votes and former soccer star David Beckham who was chosen by 15.2 percent of the voters.

In the Father-Daughter relation category, SRK and Suhana (43.2 percent) were followed by filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and actor daughter Alia Bhatt with 27.3 percent of the votes.  The duo of Prakash Padukone and Deepika Padukone were at the third position after capturing 17.2 percent of the votes. There was another category that voters gave their opinion on, ‘Most Admired Father-Son Relationship'. This category was topped by the famous Kapoor family duo of Rishi Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor who received 33.4 percent of votes. They were very closely followed by the Bachchans, Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan with 31.2 percent votes. SRK was once again seen as he closed off the top three with his son Aryan, by getting 23.3 percent of the votes.

The online survey featured responses from more than 5,500 Indian women. Gourav Rakshit, chief operations officer at gave a statement on the results, “The poll showcases some of the most successful Indian men whose love and dedication also makes them popular fathers. This suggests that people are looking at celebrities as real people with real relationships.”
