Shahrukh Khan trolled for sporting tilak, Shabana Azmi hits back


Shahrukh Khan’s Diwali wish with tilak on forehead sparks a new controversy. The superstar wished his fans on Diwali by posting a picture of him with wife Gauri Khan and son AbRam. Three of them sported tilak on their forehead. He wrote, #HappyDiwali to everyone. May your lives be lit up and happy.

The superstar’s Diwali post did not like by few sections of the social media users and they targeted King Khan for sporting Tilak on forehead.

Many unfavorable comments like fake Muslim, double standards etc are being posted. While Shahrukh Khan preferred to ignore those rude comments, veteran actor Shabana Azmi spoke in defense of the actor.

Defending SRK, Shabana tweeted, "Appalled to read that@iamsrk  Diwali greeting invites wrath of rabid Islamists, gets called a “False Muslim” for sporting a tilak!”FUNDOS get a life!
