Shahrukh Khan, Anushka Sharma head to Amsterdam for ‘The Ring’

After wrapping up their schedule in Prague, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma have headed to Amsterdam for shooting the second schedule of their upcoming film ‘The Ring’. The Imtiaz Ali directorial went on floors in Prague last month and the team has been shooting there for the past two weeks.   

Anushka updated her fans by posting a picture of her the team on Instagram and “With the team… the crew moves to Amsterdam #TheRing #WorkingTitle.”  

Imtiaz and the team have already begun shooting in the new city. Shah Rukh also shared a picture of him near the famous ‘I amsterdam’ sculpture on the photo-sharing site. He captioned the image in his philosophical style by writing, “I the Truth. Loving me is easy, if you see it for what it is. Terribly difficult if you want it to be what it isn't.”

The film that will reportedly be shot around the beautiful locales of Europe. Shah Rukh will be seen in the role of a Punjabi tourist guide while Anushka plays a Gujarati girl.

Anushka had made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh in the 2008 blockbuster ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’. The two actors have also worked together in ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ and their on-screen equation has been much appreciated.

'The Ring' is scheduled to hit theatres in 2017.
