Shahid Kapoor to quit ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8’ for wife Mira

Just after exchanging wedding vows with Delhi based Mira Rajput, Shahid Kapoor got into work. Post marriage instead of spending quality time with his new bride, Shahid got busy with his small screen debut, hosting ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’. Unable to give sufficient time to Mira, Sasha decided not to extend his contact with Jhalak after eight weeks. He will quit the show soon.

Due to his hectic schedule, Shahid also had to cancel his honeymoon plan. The ‘Haider’ wants to spend quality time with Mira and hence he has decided to discontinue Jhalak after eight weeks.

Shahid got married to 21-year-old Mira away from the limelight on July 7th and hosted a lavish reception in Mumbai on July 12.

Shahid Kapoor is overwhelmed with the congratulatory messages he received from his fans and family and trying to reply to each one of them. The actor’s spokesperson said, "Shahid treasures each and every wish and is delighted by the love garnered from his fans for Mira and himself".

"Now, the actor is trying to reply back to all the messages he has received from family, friends and fans," said a source.

The actor, who will be next seen in Abhishek Chaubey's ‘Udta Punjab’ and Vikas Bahl's ‘Shandaar’ was recently clicked with his loving wife Mira while making an exit from a gym.
