Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput's new home costs Rs 56 crore


Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput will soon shift to their new luxury home in Worli. It costs the couple a whopping 55.60 crore. As per the report, the ‘Padmaavat' actor has paid Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for its registration.

The flat is in 42nd-43rd floors of Tower B of Three Sixty West. The two floors measure 427.98 square metre and 300.48 sq m, including a balcony spanning 40.88 sq m. The total area sums up to 801.30 sq m, or 8,625 sq ft. 

The building is currently under construction. The duplex was registered in the name of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and Mira Shahid Kapoor on July 12, 2018. Shahid also gets six parking spots in the building.

All the residences have a sea facing view and has full privacy.

Currently, Shahid and Mira are residing at a sea-side home in Juhu. The actor bought the house just before his marriage to Mira.

Apart from Shahid Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan also owns a flat in the same luxury building.  The two actors paid Rs 27.94 crore and Rs 41.14 crore respectively.
