Sanjay Dutt applies for one month parole again

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who is serving 42 months jail sentence at Pune Yerawada jail for possession of illegal weapons in Mumbai 1993 serial blasts, has applied for parole yet again. Sanjay’s frequent leave from jail always invites criticism and this time again the actor has applied for one month parole.

He has laid the application, confirms senior police officials and the request for granting parole is apparently underway. The actor has applied for a 30-day parole to the divisional commissioner.

Sanjay Dutt is expected to return home this year end after completing his jail term. Earlier, it was speculated that he would be released in August but since he was out of jail on furlough for Manyata’s illness, his jail term has been extended to early 2016. But on looking at his good conduct, he may be released by December this year.

Manyata said, “If everything goes well and I hope everything would go well. My husband will be home by this Christmas”.
