Salman Khan upset with sister Shweta Rohira, not Pulkit Samrat?
It was speculated that superstar Salman Khan was miffed with Pulkit Samrat after the ‘Fukrey’ actor split from his wife Shewta Rohira who is Salman’s rakhi sister.
The ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor is generous and frank while showing off his friendships, but he also flaunts his anger in the same spirit. It was believed that Pulkit’s career will suffer without Salman’s support as he has upset the actor.
However, things appear to be quite the opposite. According to a report in a leading daily, Salman is upset with his sister Shweta and not her estranged husband Pulkit. The report further stated that the ‘Bangistan’ actor’s name is included in the guest-list for Salman’s 50th birthday bash tomorrow, December 27. However, Shweta has not been invited for the party.
There were rumours that Pulkit became close to ‘Vicky Donor’ actress Yami Gautam while shooting for their upcoming film ‘Sanam Re’and his alleged closeness with her was the reason behind his parting ways with Shweta. However, Pulkit has rubbished the rumours.
In fact, Shweta also didn’t hint about any third party presence in their relationship and said that the couple separated due to pressure from Pulkit’s family.
"My husband and I have been living separately for a while now. He told me that he was separating from me because of his family. To us, families are very important. They are our lifelines. And, since I always believed in giving him whatever he wants, I have reconciled to the fact that he has left me for his family." Shweta was quoted by the daily last month.
Meanwhile, Pulkit is busy with Divya Khosla Kumar’s ‘Sanam Ra’ which also stars Yami Gautam and Urvashi Rautela. The film is slated to release on Valentine’s week on February 12, 2016.
Salman is also busy with his film ‘Sultan’ in which he plays the role of a Haryanvi wrestler Sultan Ali Khan.
