Salman Khan needs to seek permission to travel abroad every time


In a major development, Salman Khan, who has been convicted in 1998 blackbuck poaching case has to seek permission from court to travel aboard every time. According to court, the superstar had to seek permission for foreign trip.

The actor’s counsel Mahesh Bora applied for reprieve saying that Salman Khan's work demands the actor to travel abroad frequently.

The blackbuck poaching case dates back to 1998 when Salman Khan and his team went to Jodhpur for the shooting of Sooraj Barjatiya’s ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. Salman Khan and his team went hunting in Jodhpur where he killed two blackbucks in September, 1998 in Kankani village.

In 2017, the actor was sentenced to five years in jail and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000. The actor is taken to Jodhpur central jail. Other co-accused Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam Kothari and Sonali Bendre, were, however, acquitted by the Jodhpur court.

However, the actor got bail in blackbuck poaching case with a surety of Rs 50,000.
