Salman Khan to reunite with Bhansali after a decade

Salman Khan, who has worked with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in films like ‘Khamoshi The Musical’ and ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, will be reuniting with the maverick filmmaker for an upcoming project after a gap of ten years. Salman was last seen in Bhansali’s 2007 film ‘Saawariya’ in a special appearance.

During a promotional event for ‘Tubelight’, Salman revealed being in talks with the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ maker for a project. “We’ve been discussing a script. If it does happen, it’ll happen only after I finish all the films that I’ve taken up. Sanjay will give me a narration once he finishes ‘Padmavati’,” the ‘Sultan’ actor was quoted as saying.

There were rumours that all was not well between Salman and Bhansali. The duo allegedly had a fall-out after the director cast other top actors for his films ‘Devdas’, ‘Guzaarish’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’. But looks like the duo have sorted out their differences. In fact, Salman was one of the first people to reach out to Bhansali after the he was attacked while filming ‘Padmavati’ in Jaipur earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Salman is on a promotional spree for his big Eid release ‘Tubelight’ which is slated to hit screens on June 23. The film has been directed by Kabir Khan and stars his real brother Sohail Khan as his reel brother.

Salman is also shooting for ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ opposite Katrina Kaif, which is a sequel of their 2012 blockbuster ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. Besides, Salman also has other projects lined up, including Remo D'Souza's 'ABCD 3', an untitled film with sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri and third instalment of ‘Dabangg’ series to be directed by his brother Arbaaz Khan.
