Salman goes shirtless in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’

Earning money is meaningless if you cannot spend it. Similarly putting up the hard work in gym is worthless if you cannot show off your muscles. The same must be true for our very own Salman bhai. He must be holding a record of some sort for appearing most number of times on the big screen without wearing a thing above his waist. However, the actor hasn’t been seen doing the shirtless act for some time now in his latest movies.

Finally Salman has decided that it is time and he has requested the producer and director of the movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ to include a scene in the film where he can show off his well worked torso. The actor claimed that his fans liked to see him shirtless on the big screen and the addition of this scene will help the movie to be more popular among his fans.

Earlier it was rumored that the film production company has minor tussles with Salman about his diktats in the movie production. This time though the director Kabir Khan and producer Aditya Chopra readily agreed to the suggestion of Salman Khan.

The spoke person from the Yash Raj Films agreed to the authenticity of the news and stated "Yes, Ek Tha Tiger has included one shot especially for the fans." This inclusion of the special scene has become the talk of the town in Bollywood. A source from the ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ stated that "Salman Khan plays the role of a spy. The script did not demand a shirtless scene. But he thought that his trademark act should be incorporated for his fans. After all, it is an Eid release. They were very receptive to Salman's idea. The patch work was shot last week. It is an action sequence."

The relevancy of including the scene in the film is a topic of controversy and may linger on, but the interest of the actor towards the success of the film is commendable. This decision on part of Salman is kudos to his professionalism and his strive to excel. Earlier Katrina Kaif, the leading actress of the same film decided to learn belly dancing for the shooting of the song 'Mashallah'. It seems an act of enthusiasm triggers the other.

We sure hope that the movie proves to be a big success at the box office.
