Raza Murad shares his Sultan Jalaluddin Khilji look from ‘Padmavati’


After unveiling Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor’s look from ‘Padmavati’, now Raza Murad shared his Sultan Jalaluddin Khilji look from the periodic drama and we can say it is quite impressive. Raza Murad nails as Sultan Jalaluddin Khilji.

Sharing his look, Raza Murad revealed on Facebook, “This is my look in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati. I am playing Jalaluddin Khilji who was the first ruler of Khilji dynasty in India. He ruled India (1290-1296) for six years and was killed by his paternal nephew and son in law, Alauddin Khilji, who took over the throne after killing his uncle and father in law- Ranveer Singh has played Allaudin Khilji. Deepika Padukone plays the titular role of Padmavati and Shahid Kapoor plays Rawal Ratan Singh, the ruler of Chittor, Deepika’s husband. The film would be released on 1st December, all over the world,” he wrote with the post.

In the picture, Raza Murad donned burgundy beard, wore fur jacket, applied kajal on eyes, wore a turban with a big stone stuck on it and wears a necklace. Moments after releasing the poster, Raja Murad deleted it.

The veteran actor has previously worked in Bhansali’s ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’.

The film releases on December 1.
