Ranveer Singh chills out with fans on his London vacation

Ranveer Singh, who took off to London last weekend on a short break, was spotted chilling out with fans in the Queen’s city. The 31-year-old actor, who had injured his head while filming Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’, has taken two weeks break to wind up.

The actor will be enjoying a solo vacation, catching up on some biggest sporting events in London. Ranveer attended the FA Cup finals between Arsenal and Chelsea and was seen rejoicing as his favourite team, Arsenal took home the trophy. He also shared a few videos and pictures from the stadium on his Instagram page.

After the match, Ranveer was spotted hanging out with fans, who were ecstatic over partying with one of the most flamboyant actors of Bollywood.

Ranveer has been busy shooting for Bhansali’s period drama ‘Padmavati’, and it was the director’s idea that Ranveer should take a ‘rejuvenating’ break. “Ranveer has been totally focussed and giving his all to the character, Alauddin Khilji. It was SLB who recommended the rejuvenating trip as the entire crew of ‘Padmavati’ agreed that Ranveer needed this break,” the actor’s spokesperson was earlier quoted as saying in a Mumbai Mirror report.

Ranveer is a thorough professional and a dedicated actor, and he proved it once again recently when he suffered a head injury while shooting the climax sequence of ‘Padmavati’. He was so engrossed in the shoot that he didn't feel the need of urgent attention and completed his portion. The actor realised that he was badly hurt only after it started to bleed profusely after the shot was finished. He was then rushed to a nearby hospital for initial treatment and the injury required stiches.

Ranveer will be back to shooting ‘Padmavati’ after her returns from London on June 8.
