Randeep, Aditi Rao sizzle in Murder 3

Mahesh Bhatt and his brother Mukesh have been known to offer dark films to the audiences. Their films have a fair amount of skin show and are normally hailed for that but none can deny that the films of the Bhatt camp have their own niche and novel concept.

The Bhatt camp also thrives on series. The ‘Murder’ series is back with its third instalment but what seems interesting is that their penchant for Emraan Hashmi seems to be on the decline. Randeep Hooda has been signed in place of Emraan Hashmi who not only worked in the previous instalments of Murder, but has also worked in most of the Bhatt films as the solo-hero.

Mukesh Bhatt who is a filmmaker has his son Vishesh make his directorial debut with the film ‘Murder 3’. Vishesh claims that the audience will not be missing Emraan Hashmi in this film as Randeep Hooda is the perfect choice for it. He normally does intense roles in films since his debut film ‘D’ and this film demands that kind of acting. Mahesh Bhatt also clarified that this film will have sensuality and will not be overtly erotic.

The ‘Murder’ series started in 2004, and marked ‘Barfi’ director Anurag Basu’s directorial debut. The film starred Mallika Sherawat, Emraan Hashmi, and Ashmit Patel.

In 2011 released ‘Murder 2’ that gave actress Jacqueline Fernandes a big leap and a stronger footing in the industry. Emraan Hashmi played the male lead in the film.

Aditi Rao Hydari who featured last in “London Paris New York” will be having a pivotal role in this film. Pakistani actress named Mona Lizza will also be seen in this film.

Randeep Hooda is one among the many other underrated actors who keep coming up with unique films and deliver a great performance, but because they lack the popularity filmmakers do not want to take the risk of casting them in solo-hero films. His last two films have been “Jism 2” and “Heroine” in which he performed well.

“Jism 2” lacked a good story and script but Randeep’s acting served as a saviour. He also made his presence be felt in “Heroine” among popular faces such as Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal.

Aditi Rao Hydari will also be seen next in “Boss” that stars Akshay Kumar. This is her first venture with the Bhatt camp whereas Randeep Hooda has worked before in “Jism 2” and “Jannat”.
