Rajkumar Rao is unrecognisable as 324 year old man in ‘Raabta’
Rajkumar Rao is a method actor known for his brilliant performances. He goes to great lengths even for a miniscule role, and this is what the National Award winning actor did for the role of a 324-year-old man in Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon starrer ‘Raabta’.
Rajkumar’s 324-year-old character was also seen in the recently released trailer of the film, but he was completely unrecognisable. The intriguing trailer of ‘Raabta’ has a visual of an aged man for a fraction of a second towards the end. That bald-head old man with wrinkled skin and grim expression is none other than the ‘Trapped’ actor.
But it is disappointing to know that Rajkumar will be seen in the movie in a guest appearance only. The actor on Friday shared his ‘Raabta’ look on Twitter and wrote, “And here is my Guest appearance from #Raabta.”
His look instantly brings to mind Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Paa’ and Rishi Kapoor in ‘Kapoor & Sons’, wherein the veteran actors were unrecognisable due to prosthetics make-up.

It needed quite a bit of patience.”
Talking about it director Dinesh Vijan said, “Rajkummar was kind enough to do me a favour. It was tedious but, he patiently sat through it every day. I think, the idea of the prosthetics making him completely unrecognisable excited him as an actor.”
