Raftaar gets engage to girlfriend Komal Vohra; to wed in Dec 1st week
Celebrated rapper Raftaar got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Komal Vohra on Monday, November 28. The couple, who had a roka ceremony in February, will tie that knot in the first week of December.
Raftaar, whose real name is Dilin Nair, shared a picture of the newly-engaged couple on his Instagram page and captioned it, “This VOHRA is about to become a NAIR in two days. #engaged.” He also shared the good news on Twitter writing “Engaged”, and have been receiving many congratulatory messages since then.
Sunny Leone was also among those who wishes him. The ‘Mastizaade’ actress tweeted, “Congrats buddy!! Can't wait to see the beauty who said "yes" God Bless you both!!”
The ceremonies have already begun with a satsang on November 26, which will be followed by sangeet, mehendi and a dhol night. A surprise performance by the 28-year old musician in which he will sing all his ladylove’s favourite songs, including ‘Raabta’, ‘Samjhawan’ and ‘Sniper’, is also in order, a report in a daily stated.
The ‘Dhaadak’ (Dangal) singer will be wearing sherwanis designed by his friend Mayur Kataria for all the ceremonies.
Raftaar’s bride-to-be is an interior designer who has many showbiz connections in her family as well. Her elder brother Karan, plays the male lead in Zee TV’s ‘Zindagi Ki Mahek’, while her younger brother Kunal is a part of the supernatural show ‘Brahmarakshas’.
