Rabiya says she won’t make derogatory remarks against Pancholis

Aditya Pancholi has filed 100 crore defamation suit against Rabiya Khan, mother of late Jiah Khan for making derogatory statement them. Following the suit, Rabiya seeks one week time to reply and yesterday, Rabiya Khan had told high court that she would not make any derogatory statement against the Pancholis till the date of next hearing.

Rabiya Khan won’t make any derogatory remarks against the Pancholis on social networking site. She further told that couple of times her account has been hacked in the past.

Representing Khan, Jha said, "I have a Twitter account which I have been operating since many years. It has also been hacked a few times. I don't have to do anything with a few comments in the past. But I will not tweet anything in the future."

However, this will not restrain her from saying anything to the prosecuting agencies like the police or the Central Bureau of Investigation. "She can make the same statements before the prosecuting agencies," said justice SC Gupte while accepting her statement.

Actor Pancholi and Zarina told the court Rabiya had continued posting slanderous remarks against them even after filing suit on May 7. In an additional affidavit filed Wednesday through their lawyer Prasanna Patil, the Pancholis referred to 28 tweets, which Rabiya reportedly put out between May 7, 2014 and July 11, 2014.

Rabiya claimed that her daughter Jiah was murdered by Sooraj Pancholi and now Jiah’s suicide case has been transferred to CBI.
