Pulwama comment: Navjot Singh Sidhu banned from entering Mumbai’s Film City

It is no more a secret that former cricket player and Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu always favours Pakistan. His latest comment on Pulwama attack on February 14 which killed at least 40 CRPF jawans banned Sidhu from entering Mumbai’s Film City where major shooting takes place including the ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.

Sidhu is sacked from ‘The Kapil Sharma’ show after he commented on the Pulwama attack that an entire nation (Pakistan) and its people should not be blamed for the deeds of a few men.

Angered by his remark, hashtags like #SackSidhu, #BoycottKapilSharmaShow and #UnsubscribeSontyTV trend on Twitter. Now, Archana Puran Singh has reportedly replaced him on the show.

Following Navjot Singh Sidhu’s comment, Anupam Kher and Manoj Joshi heavily slammed Sidhu.

Meanwhile, when Kapil Sharma was asked to react to the controversy, he said that though he agreed with the government’s decision and fired Sidhu immediately but it was not the right way to deal with the problem.
