Priyanka Chopra teaches ‘Bollywood thumka’ to African children

Actress Priyanka Chopra, who is a goodwill ambassador of UNICEF, is currently is Africa to raise awareness against child abuse and violence. The Desi Girl had a lot of fun with the rescued children, besides meeting the volunteers at a Zimbabwe camp. Priyanka shared videos of her time spent there on her Instagram page.

Priyanka bonded with the kids and taught them some Bollywood dance moves. She posted a video of it and captioned it, “After they taught me their dance moves I showed them one of mine...it's called the "Thumka" #DanceParty #EndViolence #UNICEF #thistimeforAfrica #SafePark."

In another video clip, the kids urge the 34-year-old actress to play with them and swing down a pole, but Priyanka was scared to do ‘pole dance’. “Hahahah I really was scared! Lol! No pole dancing for me!,” she wrote while sharing the video.

It was an adorable moment when a little girl enquired the actress about her ‘Daddy’s li’l girl’ tattoo on her wrist. Priyanka captioned the picture, “Sindi(3) was very curious about my tattoo.. I told her we r all daddy's little girls... a lot of these girls are vulnerable to predators who are father figures. It’s heartbreaking. But she was just precious. My tail all day. Following me around like lil bo peep.”

Priyanka also revealed her ‘guide’ Mbali who showed her the camp, in a video post by writing, “Mbali showed me around this amazing Safe Park that gives kids a chance to be kids in a safe environment. She is the Vice Chairman of her park (Freedom Park). At all of 11! She takes her responsibilities very seriously. Thank U Mbali."

It is very heart-warming to see how Priyanka is bonding and making the innocent children, victims of abuse, laugh and have fun.
