Priyanka Chopra glitters in gold at Golden Globe Awards


Actress Priyanka Chopra dazzled the red carpet in gold at the 74th Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, California, on Sunday. The ‘Quantico’ actress co-presented the award with ‘The Walking Dead’ star Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Priyanka turned heads in a body-fitting golden Ralph Lauren gown with full sleeves and deep neck. She accessorised with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and a bold lip colour. She left her tresses loose flowing over her shoulders. Priyanka was gorgeous and nailed the glittering look with her style and confidence.

Priyanka and Morgan presented the trophy in the television category and gave away the award for Best TV Actor - Drama, won by Billy Bob Thornton for ‘Goliath’. It was the second award of the evening.

Priyanka was chosen as a presenter at the event among the likes of Hollywood stars like Nicole Kidman, Chris Pine, Eddie Redmayne, Drew Barrymore, Matt Damon, Viola Davis, Justin Theroux and Zoe Saldana. This is the third time that Priyanka presented a trophy at a major international awards show, after being invited on the Oscars and the Emmys last year.

Priyanka made her debut on American television with the show ‘Quantico’. The thriller series is currently in its second season, in which Priyanka plays the role of FBI-turned-CIA agent Alex Parrish. She is gearing up for her Hollywood debut with Dwayne Johnson starrer ‘Baywatch’, in which she will be seen as the antagonist Victoria Leeds.

The ‘Jai Gangaajal’ actress shared her Golden Globes red carpet look on twitter and captioned it, “The bad guys do have all the fun. Representing #Baywatch at the #GoldenGlobes!”

Meanwhile, Priyanka was in India during Christmas and New Year season and has revealed about doing two Bollywood films in 2017.
