Prateik Babbar kisses Evelyn Sharma
In the upcoming movie ‘Issaq’, Prateik Babbar will be seen kissing Evelyn Sharma. Evelyn Sharma is looking forward to her acting skills in this movie. She said, “ ‘Issaq’ was the first movie I shot for. I've honed my acting skills ever since. The actress in me has evolved with ‘Nautanki Saala’ and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.”
In ‘Issaq’ Evelyn is playing first love of Prateik. Evelyn has signed few other movies. The prominent one is ‘Yaariyaan’ directed by debut director Divya Kumar. The other two are still to have titles.
Evelyn Sharma was born as Evelyn Lakshmi Sharma on 12th July, 1986. She was born in Frankfurt, Germany. Her father is an Indian whereas her mother is a German. Before acting in Bollywood, she was a model and has posed for many cosmetic brands in UK. She chose acting as her career in 2006 and appeared in a British movie ‘Turn Left’. In 2012, she debuted in Bollywood with ‘From Sydney With Love’. Apart from her, Bidita Bag, Karan Sagoo and Sharad Malhotra also acted in this movie. The movie was directed by Prateek Chakravorty.
Evelyn Sharma also appeared in ‘Nautanki Saala’. Her character name was ‘Sita’. She then acted in ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.
‘Issaq’ is a Hindi romantic movie directed by Manish Tiwary. The movie is produced by Dhaval Gada and Shailesh R. Singh. The movie will be released today, on 26th July.
Prateik Babbar was born on 28th November, 1986 to actors Smita Patil and Raj Babbar. After her mother died due to postpartum complications, his father Raj Babbar married Nadira. Arya Babbar and Juhi Babbar are his half-brother and half-sister respectively.
Prateik started his career as a production assistant with Advertising guru, Prahalad Kakkar. He was then casted in a few advertisements including ‘Kit-kat’. He made his debut in Bollywood with ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’ in 2008. He acted alongside Genelia D’Souza. He acted as her brother. Though his role was small in this movie, he was appreciated for his acting. He received Filmfare Special Jury Award. He then appeared in ‘Dhobi Ghat’, ‘Dum Maro Dum’, ‘Aarakshan’, ‘My Friend Pinto’ and ‘Ek Deewana Tha’. In ‘Issaq’, he will be appearing as ‘Rahul Mishra’. Amy Jackson was his co-star in ‘Ek Deewana Tha’. Prateik dated her for quite a long time, but later they separated. He also has a tattoo with Amy.
