Ranveer Singh, who recently underwent shoulder surgery, has recovered and now he is back on the set of ‘Bajirao Mastani’. The 29-year-old actor underwent surgery on his shoulder on April 4 and he even tweeted from OT bed just before the surgery which also went viral on net. Ranveer sustained injury after he fell off a horse during the filming of ‘Bajirao Mastani’ in Jaipur.

"I was extremely nervous when I drove down to the shoot. I had not faced the camera in two-and-a-half months and I was having a near meltdown", he told Mumbai Mirror. "As I always do in times like these, I called up my father", he added.

"He assured me I'd be just fine. I heard him out, reached the set, put on my costume and I immediately felt like the great Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao. After that I went out there and nailed it", said Ranveer.

To recover completely, the actor is undergoing physiotherapy. Upon returning on the set on Weednesday, he shot some intense action scenes and it is learnt that director Sanjay Bhansali was highly impressed with his shots.
