On first anniversary, Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone prays at Golden temple


After seeking blessings at Tirupati, charming couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone went to Amritsar to pray at Golden temple on first wedding anniversary. On November 14th, Ranveer and Deepika went to Tirumala Tirupati Temple in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh to seek the blessings of almighty with their respective parents.

To pray at Golden Temple, Deepika wore a purple kurta salwar. She sported a vermillion on her forehead while Ranveer twinned in a matching kurta pyjama.

Deepika’s sister Anisha, mother Ujjala and father Prakash Padukone and Ranveer’s father Jagjit Bhavnani, mother Anju and sister Ritika also joined the couple as their visited Tirupati and Golden temple.

Sharing the picture from Tirupati temple, the 'Padmaavat' actor wrote, "As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, we seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara. Thank You all for your love, prayers and good wishes!"

During their Tirupati visit, Deepika looked like a new bride in a red and gold Banarasi saree paired with stunning jewelry. She sported sindoor but sipped bindi. While the actor wore a kurta paired with a black glass. 

After being in a courtship for six years, Deepika and Ranveer exchanged wedding vows according to Konkani and Sindhi traditions at Lake Como, Italy. Both Deepika and Ranbir wore outfits designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee at their wedding.
