‘Munna Michael’ first look: Tiger Shroff’s tribute to King of Pop
The first look poster of Tiger Shroff’s next movie titled ‘Munna Michael’ has been unveiled. The film, touted to be a musical romance-action, is currently being shot in Mumbai and will release in theatres on July 7 next year.
The 26-year-old actor shared his first look from the upcoming movie on Twitter, as a tribute to the King of Pop. “Enjoying every "step" of this journey no matter how difficult or complexed. Here's our tribute to the king! #MunnaMichaelFirstLook,” Tiger wrote with the poster.
The first look poster has Tiger striking Michael Jackson’s famous dance pose, along with quintessential hat and unbuttoned shirt flaunting his taut body.
Film journalist-cum-trade analyst Taran Adarsh also tweeted about it and announced the film’s release date. He wrote, "First look poster of #MunnaMichael, starring Tiger Shroff. Directed by Sabbir Khan, produced by @vikirajani. Film releases 7/7/2017. #Eros."
‘Munna Michael’ brings back together the hit pair of Tiger and director Sabbir Khan for the third time. The duo had previously delivered hits films ‘Heropanti’ and ‘Baaghi’. The film will have Tiger play the title role of Munna, a slum boy, who idolises the legendary singer-dancer, late Michael Jackson.
Newcomer Nidhhi Agerwal has been roped in as the leading lady of the film. Previously, there were speculations that Tiger’s alleged girlfriend Disha Patani, who marked her debut with the recently released ‘M.S. Dhoni – The Untold Story’, will be cast in the film.
