Manveer Gurjar lifts ‘Bigg Boss 10’ winner trophy


Commoner Manveer Gurjar was declared as the winner of the reality show, ‘Bigg Boss 10’. He emerged as a winner by defeating celebrities like Bani Judge and Lopamudra Raut.

Bani J finishes in the second place while Lopa was declared as the second runner up.

The fourth finalist and Manveer’s best friend in the house, Manu Punjabi quits the game after accepting the offer money of Rs 10 Lakh.

"I feel extremely happy now. I have lived this journey, fought my way, and now sitting here as a winner I feel Ive done everything from my heart. This is the result of being honest," Manveer told PTI.

As a winner Manveer received cash prize of Rs 40 Lakh out of which his father pledged to donate fifty percent of the winning amount to the shows host Salman Khan’s  Being Human charity.

The ‘Bigg Boss 10’ finale evening was fun-filled. Salman kicked off the finale by performing on his hit tracks “Mera Hi Jalwa" and "Aaj Ki Party". Ex-contestants Gaurav Chopra, Rohan Mehra, Mona Lisa, Nitibha Kaul, Lokesh Kumari and Navin Prakash shook legs with Salman on stage.

The cast of colors upcoming show ‘Dil Se Dil’, Siddharth Shukla and Rashami Desai interacted with the four finalists.

The evening also saw Neha Dhupia and Sohail Khan promoting their upcoming comedy show "Chhote Miyan".

Music composer Shankar Mahadevan introduced the new Colors reality show "Rising Star", which he is judging.

"Naagin" stars Mouni Roy and Karanvir Bohra entertained the audince with their dance number while former Bigg Boss contestant Karishma Tanna shook a leg with Salman on the stage.

The special attraction of the evening was 'Kaabil' stars Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam. Salman and Hrithik set the stage on fire on Salman's  hit tracks 'Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai' and Hrithik's 'Ek Pal Ka Jeena.'. The superhero also wished luck to the contestants.
