Malayalam actor abduction: Police raid Dileep’s wife Kavya Madhavan’s store

In a letter to Dileep, the prime accused Pulsar Sumi mentioned an office in Kakkanad and considering his letter police carried a raid on Friday in the clothing store Laksyah owned by actor Dileep’s wife Kavya  Madhavan. The couple got married in November 2016. The office is located in Mavelipuram in Kakkanad, Kochi.

According to sources, the raid was started at 11 am and ended around 2 pm. It is reported that the data stored in the computers and other documents at the store were examined.

The e-commerce business, Laksyah, was started in June 2015 by Kavya. Police carried the raid because Pulsar Suni, the prime accused in the sexual assault case, had mentioned a shop in Kakkanad in a letter that he had allegedly sent to Dileep.

In the letter, Suni had mentioned he had visited the Kakkanad office twice. Suni had told the police that he visited the shop before he went hiding.

Last Wednesday, police grilled Dileep for 13 long hours in the actress’s abduction and molestation case.
