Pooja Bhatt dismisses dad Mahesh Bhatt’s death hoax, shares pics


After CINTAA expresses condolence over Mahesh Bhatt’s demise, Pooja Bhatt clarified that her father and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is doing fine. To wipe away the panic of his fans, Pooja shared two pictures of her father sitting in his living room.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “To the rumour mongers and the ones who called in a genuine state of panic upon hearing that my father @maheshfilm had a heart attack and is dead,here is ample proof that he is his usual self,living dangerously and kicking! In red shoes no less! This one ain’t going nowhere in a hurry and will hopefully survive us all!” Pooja also joked about how he would be the one to outlive all of them.

Mukesh Bhatt, who said that he has started getting calls about the same. "My brother is perfectly fine. He is hale and hearty. And, he is hectically involved in making the most memorable film of his life Sadak 2," Mukesh Bhatt clarified.

CINTAA later clarified that they have mistaken another actor as Mahesh Bhatt.

On the work front, Mahesh Bhatt is busy with his next outing, 'Sadak 2’ with his daughter Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt. ‘Sadak 2’ is scheduled to release on July 10 next year.
